Season 3!! What’s good? Tiff4tat is back! We went international this season, we got raw and real when discussing former relationships. 

Historically, when I’ve been asked about my exes I roll my eyes and groan but its time for challenging situations to morph into lessons!   There is no need to continuously mentally live in that space but we can begin to interrogate what we learned. Who were we then? Who are we now? How can we begin to heal those old wounds and appreciate the lessons, the growth, the love, and the changes?
